As a Relief Care Worker in our care home, you will support older people to live safely, comfortably and with dignity each day. Working flexibly to cover shifts when needed, you will provide practical care and reassurance as part of a supportive and welcoming team.

You will bring patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to supporting older people. You will understand the importance of building positive relationships and delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence.
Experience in care is helpful but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. Basic IT skills are required for recording information and completing training. You will be willing to work towards an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care if you do not already hold this qualification.
