Overview

Looking for a role that keeps you on your toes and makes a real difference? This could be just the thing.

As a Support Worker in Airdrie, you’ll be out and about helping young adults aged 18+ live life their way. One morning it might be supporting someone to try a local class. No two days are the same. The support flexes to the person – their pace, their goals, their choices. You’re not just ticking boxes. You’re helping someone feel more confident, capable and connected.

You’ll bring some experience in care or support work, a natural ability to build trust and listen, the confidence to work independently while keeping good records, and a calm, kind presence whatever the day brings.

What you can expect:

  • Support to work towards your SVQ Level 3 if you don’t already have it
  • A team that values people – those we support and those we work alongside
  • Encouragement, space to grow and develop
  • The satisfaction of knowing you’re doing something that matters – one person, one day at a time
