Overview
You know that feeling when someone really gets you? That is the kind of support we aim to give, and that is where you come in.
We are looking for people with some experience in care or support, whether in the community, one-to-one, or another setting, who are ready to make a difference as a Relief Support Worker.
Relief work is flexible, but the heart of the role stays the same. Some days you might be out at a community activity, an appointment, or simply enjoying a walk and a cuppa. Other days might be about encouragement when things feel tough, listening when it matters most, or gently guiding someone to try something new. No two shifts are ever the same, and each one makes a real impact.
What helps in this role? Some experience in social care or support, patience and kindness, respect for people’s choices and ways of communicating, and a sense of humour too. Being able to drive is desired but not essential.
In return, you will have the flexibility of relief work, the backing of a supportive team, and the knowledge that your time and skills are changing lives.
Ready to make every day count? Apply today.
