As a Relief Night Care Worker with CrossReach, you’ll be a calm, reassuring presence through the small hours. Whether you’re supporting someone to settle, answering a call bell, or simply being there with kindness and patience, your work brings peace of mind when it’s needed most.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting residents with personal care, hygiene, and getting settled for the night
- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to needs with compassion
- Keeping detailed care notes and assisting with overnight routines
- Helping to create a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment for everyone
What we’re looking for
- Someone with a calm, dependable nature and a caring approach
- A team player who brings care, patience, and attentiveness to every shift
- Experience in a care setting is welcome, but not essential

This role attracts an salary premium of ÂŁ2,859 FTE per annum in addition to base salary above

This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
