You’ll join a dedicated team providing person-centred care to older people. As a Care Worker with CrossReach, your role is about helping others feel safe, valued and at home. Every day, you’ll bring comfort, companionship and dignity to the people you support.

About You
You’re caring, understanding and dependable. You bring patience and a gentle approach to your work. Ideally, you’ll have or be working towards an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care, and be registered with the SSSC and PVG Scheme. You’ll need basic computer skills for training and documentation. You’ll also be happy to work within and support our Christian ethos. Full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.

Professional Requirements
This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
