As CEO, you will lead a complex, national organisation of scale and impact. Working within the governance framework of the Church of Scotland, you will provide strategic, values‑led leadership across all aspects of the organisation. You will guide CrossReach through a dynamic and evolving social care landscape, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, sustainable services that respond to the needs of individuals and communities across Scotland.

You will provide visible and authentic faith leadership, embedding the Christian ethos at the heart of culture, strategy and service delivery, while also ensuring strong financial stewardship and long‑term organisational sustainability. A central part of your role will be to drive service excellence, maintaining a clear focus on quality, outcomes and continuous improvement.

You will inspire and lead a dedicated workforce, fostering a culture of engagement, purpose and care, and you will represent CrossReach at a national level as a credible and influential voice with government, regulators, partners and the wider Church.

This role demands both outstanding executive capability and a deep sense of vocation. You will be a strategic thinker and a compassionate leader, equally comfortable navigating complexity at a national level and connecting meaningfully with staff, service users and communities.
