As a Care Worker, you will support older people through everyday care and practical support, helping them feel safe, listened to and comfortable in a place they can call home. Working day shifts, you will play an important role in supporting wellbeing, dignity and independence.
What your role will involve:
- Supporting personal care and daily living activities
- Building trusting, positive relationships with residents
- Supporting nutrition, hydration and overall wellbeing
- Acting as a key worker where required
- Maintaining accurate care records and documentation

About you:
You are patient, dependable and bring warmth and compassion to your work. You may already have experience in care or be keen to develop a career in the sector. You will have basic IT skills, be willing to meet SSSC and PVG requirements, and either hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it.
