Working within a structured and supportive environment, you will help provide high-quality care that promotes safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes.
What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality care in line with policies, standards and best practice
- Support children and young people with routines, education and personal development
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Contribute to assessments, care planning and outcome-focused reviews

About you:
You will have a genuine commitment to supporting children and young people and an understanding of the challenges they may face. You will be emotionally resilient, able to work effectively under pressure and confident in building positive professional relationships. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People). SSSC registration and PVG Scheme membership are required for this role.
