As an Administrator, you will help keep day to day operations running smoothly, ensuring colleagues and service users receive the high quality support they need.

What you’ll do:

  • Process invoices, expenses and donations in line with financial procedures
  • Manage petty cash, banking tasks and monthly reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate staff and service user records, including rotas
  • Provide reception cover and respond to enquiries with professionalism
  • Organise meetings, manage diaries and book venues
  • Prepare reports, letters, minutes and other written materials
  • Support recruitment by issuing application packs and arranging interviews
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all information materials are current and accurate

What you’ll bring:

You will bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the confidence to manage a varied workload independently. Experience working with financial information is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will communicate clearly, present a warm and professional manner and meet PVG requirements.
