As a Relief Care Worker at Williamwood, you will provide compassionate, person‑centred support to people using the service, helping them to live with dignity, independence and choice. Relief work offers flexibility, with shifts offered as and when required to support the core staff team.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personal care and practical support tailored to individual needs

About you
You will be a caring, reliable and adaptable individual who is comfortable working flexibly within one service. You value person‑centred care, communicate well with others and remain calm under pressure. You will hold an SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it, and you will be committed to upholding professional standards and organisational values. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with SSSC or willingness to register.
