CrossReach is seeking a compassionate Care Worker in Aberdeen to support residents with daily living, promote independence, and help people feel valued, safe and at home at all times. You will provide personal care, assist with meals, encourage activity and maintain accurate records, while building trusted relationships with residents and their families in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
This role requires:
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Health Care
- PVG checks
- SSSC registration
