As a Relief Care Worker, you'll step in to provide high-quality care and support when it's needed most. Your flexibility will help ensure residents continue to receive the compassionate, person-centred care they deserve, while giving you the freedom to work around other commitments. What you will do:
- Support residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Assist with meals and encourage healthy nutrition and hydration

About you:
You will be compassionate, patient and flexible, with a genuine desire to help others. You'll be comfortable working in different situations and as part of a wider team. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people who share our values and want to make a positive difference in the lives of older people. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
