As a Relief Care Worker, you'll provide practical support, encouragement and companionship to older people, helping them live safely, comfortably and with dignity. Working on an as-needed basis, you'll play an important role in supporting residents while enjoying the flexibility to fit work around your commitments.

- Support residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Assist with meals and encourage good nutrition and hydration

About you:
You will be caring, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine commitment to supporting older people. You'll be comfortable working as part of a team and able to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues. Previous experience in care is welcome but not essential. We're equally interested in people with the right values, a willingness to learn and a genuine desire to support others. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare. This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and registration with the SSSC.
