- Other info: Collaborate with top talent and drive meaningful change in telecom.
Legacy telecom software operates on outdated principles: bloated BSS/OSS infrastructure, implementation cycles measured in years, constant customization demands, and vendors who normalize delays. Operators face pressure to monetize 5G, accelerate MVNO launches, modernize wholesale operations, and break free from vendor lock‑in, yet the platforms they rely on were designed to resist change. Totogi offers a different approach. We provide operators an alternative through three core products that deliver measurable impact: Telco Ontology, AI‑Native Charging, and a cloud‑native Wholesale BSS Platform. This is genuine SaaS telecom software that deploys in weeks. It operates faster, more efficiently, and with better architecture than legacy systems from vendors such as Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia, CSG, and Netcracker.
This role centers on securing technical buy‑in. You will deliver customized demonstrations, conduct technical discovery sessions, define solution parameters, and develop precise RFP responses spanning all three Totogi product lines. You need sufficient telecom knowledge to discuss charging, billing, CRM, product catalog, integrations, 5G interfaces, migration limitations, and rate plan complexity with authority, then translate that technical detail into business outcomes within the same discussion. This is not a support function, an implementation assignment, or a scripted presales position. It suits professionals who thrive with demanding customers, rigorous technical scrutiny, and competitive scenarios where traditional solutions fall short. You will operate where product capability, sales strategy, and customer requirements intersect. Your work should be sufficiently rigorous that prospects advance through the sales cycle, Professional Services can scope accurately, and the organization moves closer to contracted revenue.
If you have extensive experience in presales, solution architecture, or telecom transformation and want to represent a product that genuinely outperforms legacy incumbents, this role warrants consideration.
What You Will Be Doing

What You Won’t Be Doing
- Closing deals or managing customer sales relationships
- Producing templated Solution Scopes that ignore customer-specific contexts
- Conducting sales enablement sessions or handling administrative responsibilities
Senior Solutions Architect Key Responsibilities
- Winning technical validation that moves opportunities forward across Totogi's three product lines (Telco Ontology, AI‑Native Charging, Wholesale BSS Platform)
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in presales, solution architecture, or sales engineering roles within the telecom BSS/OSS space
- Demonstrated experience managing technical sales processes for charging, billing, or BSS platforms

- Hands‑on experience writing code that integrates with APIs (GraphQL, REST)
