In this position, you will own customer implementations completely, from scoping through adoption. You will establish and enforce AI-native delivery frameworks. You will develop and manage a team of top performers, not tolerate underperformance. When escalations arise, you will methodically resolve them, address underlying causes, and rebuild trust without destabilizing operations. You will represent our delivery organization externally, leading with precision, clarity, and directness. You will execute implementations as product rollouts, not consulting engagements.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Customer Implementations – Complete ownership of standardized onboarding and deployment workflows that accelerate time-to-value for customers through AI-first delivery frameworks.
  • Delivery Playbooks – Development, ongoing refinement, and enforcement of repeatable implementation methodologies that raise execution standards across teams.
  • Team Enablement & Performance Management – Achieving high performance through focused coaching, data-driven accountability, and systematic process optimization that improves delivery reliability.
  • Escalation & Retention Interventions – Directing structured resolution processes to rapidly address implementation challenges and safeguard at-risk customer relationships.
VP Of Client Services Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience running a professional services organization within a B2B software company.
  • Demonstrated experience managing customer escalations directly.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year.
