From any location with reliable internet you will convert massive volumes of AI‐generated student metrics into precise, actionable interventions that propel every learner toward 90% mastery and higher. When obstacles emerge you will join live coaching sessions, eliminate roadblocks in the moment, and restore learners to productive flow with renewed momentum. At the same time you will analyze detailed performance streams to reveal hidden insights that unlock children\’s capacity, prototyping next‐generation AI tools capable of doubling learning velocity.

What You Will Be Doing

Producing highly accurate Academic Data Reports and performing systematic reviews to identify problems, highlight irregularities, and initiate corrective action within 48 hours

Facilitating urgent \”rescue\” sessions and delivering post‐assessment coaching to clear obstacles, distinguish genuine gaps from simple mistakes, and sustain student engagement

Assessing and deploying new educational applications and content while prototyping AI and LLM solutions to advance learning methods and address targeted challenges

Collaborating with leadership to refine dashboards, tools, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor continues to develop

Correcting assignments, drafting curricula, or administering conventional education programs—AI and innovation are our foundation

Remaining at the strategic level without execution, or becoming trapped in monotonous workflows—this position demands both agility and direct involvement

Lead Data Scientist Key ResponsibilitiesAccelerate student learning outcomes through AI‐powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, answer precision, and diminished counterproductive learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere community.

Basic Requirements

Proven track record in data science or comparable position, education, EdTech, or a student‐focused role combining analytical rigor with interpersonal capability

Competence in Google Sheets data operations (lookups, pivot tables, filtering)

Elevated emotional intelligence, effective communication aptitude, and a coaching approach suited to children

Hands‐on experience designing workflows and automations using AI

Nice‐to‐have Requirements

Foundation in learning science, pedagogical frameworks, or documented success enhancing outcomes via data‐informed methods

Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and introductory programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs

Working with usThis is a full‐time (40 hours per week), long‐term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
