2 Hour Learning is redefining K‑12 education with AI‑powered adaptive learning. As an Instructional Designer you will innovate English Language Arts instruction using data analysis, AI, and deep content expertise.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyse student reading and writing data through AI to identify patterns, then convert findings into innovative instructional approaches.
  • Develop AI‑driven tools that respond to diverse learning styles, making grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis engaging for all proficiency levels.
  • Create adaptive learning sequences that adjust in real time, guiding students from phonics to complex text interpretation.
  • Collaborate with educators, linguists, and AI specialists to shape educational experiences of thousands of students.
  • Convert both classical and modern literature into interactive, AI‑enhanced learning modules.

  • Overseeing conventional curricula or performing administrative duties.
  • Operating independently; you will work in a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI‑powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2× acceleration in skill acquisition across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literary analysis) and grade levels.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes.
  • Basic coding abilities in any programming language.
  • Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
  • Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders.

This is a full‑time (40 hrs per week), long‑term contract position. The role is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Pay is $50 USD/hour, paid weekly.
