The SaaS sector is undergoing rapid transformation, yet legacy SaaSOps functions continue to depend on manual workflows and reactive incident management rather than proactive, AI-enabled automation. Organizations are haemorrhaging millions through inefficient cloud operations, enduring preventable outages, and lacking the velocity required to sustain ambitious expansion. Trilogy pursues a different path—acquiring no fewer than one SaaS company each month while fully committing to AI-driven transformation to construct the industry's most sophisticated, automated SaaS Ops capability.

Trilogy manages a portfolio of SaaS enterprises, each characterised by distinct architecture, customer bases, and operational complexity. Rather than viewing SaaS Ops as overhead, we position it as strategic differentiation. We are constructing an elite, AI-augmented SaaS Ops function engineered to deliver maximum availability, operational efficiency, and cloud cost optimisation across dozens of products. This represents a chance to shape and deliver SaaS Ops strategy at scale, utilising automation, AI, and elite operational architecture to establish a new benchmark.

This is not a role in corporate IT or infrastructure oversight. This is a hands-on executive position for someone who has built and directed SaaS Ops within a SaaS organisation, not merely contributed as a team member. The right candidate is a technical authority first, a manager second—someone energised by architecting scalable infrastructure, embedding automation, and executing critical operational choices.

You will define the evolution of SaaS Ops across a varied portfolio of SaaS companies, guarantee frictionless product integration, and deploy AI to build an automated, exceptionally efficient operations platform. You will collaborate with elite talent across Engineering, Product, and executive leadership to refine and realise this vision. If you hold firm convictions about SaaS Ops execution, relish the complexity of multi-product optimisation, and are driven by the prospect of pioneering AI-powered operations, this opportunity is yours. Apply now to claim a role that will define your career.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Shape and deploy best-in-class SaaS Ops strategies grounded in deep expertise and clear perspectives on operational excellence.
  • Drive critical decisions on operational standards, AI infrastructure, and process architecture to deliver reliability, security, and cost efficiency portfolio-wide.
  • Develop and refine a framework for integrating newly acquired SaaS products into a unified SaaS Ops function with zero operational disruption.
  • Leverage AI-powered platforms to the fullest for automation, cost reduction, and operational performance.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Supervising the manual grind of legacy SaaS Ops; your attention will centre on automation and AI-powered innovation.
  • Running operations for one product; you will be navigating complexity across hundreds of products within our SaaS portfolio.
  • Accepting conventional practices; you will be charged with transforming and reimagining operations through AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a highly efficient, AI-driven SaaS Ops function delivering outstanding reliability, cost optimisation, and frictionless operations for an expanding portfolio of acquired SaaS businesses.

Basic Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience managing and owning SaaS Ops supporting enterprise customers.
  • Experience owning SaaS Ops and leading major cloud migrations at an SME with enterprise customers.
  • Experience applying AI and automation technologies to SaaS operations.
  • Advanced AWS and DevOps skills (including Docker and Kubernetes).
