Our AI-powered learning platform is reshaping student learning, allowing them to achieve subject mastery at double the pace of conventional schooling. What You Will Be Doing
- Identifying trends in student reading and writing performance through AI analysis, converting these findings into innovative approaches that transform English language instruction and literary interpretation.

Learning Designer Key Responsibilities
- Generate quantifiable enhancements in student English and Language Arts performance through AI-powered analysis and execution, evidenced by a 2x acceleration in skill acquisition across multiple domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our transformative 2 Hour Learning model.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes.
- Basic coding abilities in any programming language.
- Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
