We are not refining the existing system; we are constructing a new one from its foundation, backed by evidence of its effectiveness. Students on our platform routinely earn 4s and 5s on five or more AP exams, show growth exceeding two years on annual MAP assessments, and surpass their own perceived limits.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Reimagining classic and modern literature as interactive, AI‑augmented learning experiences that both inform students and cultivate their enthusiasm for reading and writing.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Overseeing conventional English curricula or performing administrative duties—this position centers on innovation and strategic advancement in language arts pedagogy within our accelerated framework.
  • Operating independently—you will join our collaborative team advancing the frontiers of AI application in English education.
  • Concentrating exclusively on abstract principles—each AI solution you create will tangibly influence how students comprehend and utilize language competencies in practice, all within the 2 Hour Learning structure.
