This position offers the opportunity to redefine student achievement through the strategic application of AI technology. 2 Hour Learning has embedded AI throughout its entire operational framework. We have rebuilt the learning experience from first principles, combining artificial intelligence with advances in learning science to transcend the limitations of conventional schooling. The outcome? Students who consistently exceed expectations.
Our results speak for themselves: learners on our platform routinely earn 4s and 5s on five or more AP exams, achieve more than two years of growth on annual MAP assessments, and surpass what they believed possible. If the prospect of producing extraordinary outcomes at scale motivates you, 2 Hour Learning is your destination.
As Director of Learning, you will function as the principal designer of our transformative learning ecosystem for a dedicated school model spanning multiple campuses. Driven by an absolute focus on student success, you will leverage AI's vast capabilities to develop hyper-personalized learning pathways tailored to each student's distinct needs, interests, and goals.
Your work will combine strategic, data-informed planning with direct, hands-on involvement. You will analyze learning data in depth, extracting critical insights to fuel exponential student growth. Yet your engagement won't be remote—you will interact directly with students to grasp their experiences, obstacles, and achievements. These direct observations will inform your identification of the precise motivational and instructional techniques required to eliminate achievement barriers across all campuses.
You will lead a high-performing team of learning engineers, data scientists, and instructional innovators to realize your strategic vision. More fundamentally, you will advocate relentlessly for our students, ensuring every decision, innovation, and tactic centers squarely on enhancing their learning experience.
