Imagine a world where children complete an entire day's worth of academics in two highly concentrated hours, then spend their afternoons launching podcasts, creating murals, or mastering gymnastics routines. This is the 2-Hour Learning model that drives Alpha Anywhere—and you will be the architect maintaining and advancing this system. From any location with reliable internet access, you will convert massive streams of AI-generated performance metrics into precise, actionable interventions that guide each learner to 90% mastery and higher. When students encounter obstacles, you will engage them through live coaching sessions, eliminate blockers in real time, and restore their momentum with renewed confidence. At the same time, you will analyze detailed student performance data to identify hidden trends that maximize children's capabilities, while building next-generation AI tools that have the potential to double learning velocity.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Creating highly precise Academic Data Reports and performing structured analysis to identify problems, detect anomalies, and initiate corrective actions within 48 hours.
  • Conducting immediate-response coaching calls and facilitating post-assessment sessions to eliminate obstacles, distinguish conceptual gaps from procedural errors, and sustain student motivation.
  • Assessing and deploying new educational applications and materials while prototyping AI/LLM solutions to advance learning methodologies and address specific challenges.
  • Collaborating with leadership to enhance tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor system develops.

What You Won’t Be Doing:

  • Attending protracted meetings or producing generic presentation materials with no clear connection to measurable results.
  • Scoring assignments, drafting lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs—AI and innovation are the foundation of our approach.
  • Working exclusively at the strategic level without execution or becoming confined to repetitive tasks—this position requires both thought and action.

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and immediate academic intelligence, evidenced by improved indicators such as 2× learning velocity, application engagement, lesson mastery, response precision, and diminished negative learning behaviors throughout the Alpha Anywhere network.

Basic Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data science or comparable function, education, EdTech, or a student-facing role that integrates analytical and interpersonal responsibilities.
  • Competence in Google Sheets data manipulation (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
  • Strong emotional intelligence, effective communication capabilities, and a coaching approach suited to children.
  • Track record of designing workflows and automations using AI.

Nice-to-have Requirements:

  • Foundation in learning science, pedagogical frameworks, or documented achievement in enhancing outcomes via data-informed methods.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, and introductory coding ability (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for interacting with AI APIs.
