We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Tech Recruitment as aspiring Recruitment Consultants.

No recruitment experience is required. Our Partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality.

Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and competitive. You’ll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop into a specialist within the technology market.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with Tech professionals and clients.
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates.
• Developing your own network within the technology sector.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Negotiating salaries and offers.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Working towards individual and team targets.
• Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of Tech.

Recruitment experience is not required.
