We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners as Business Development Executives, specialising in recruitment across the Medical Technology and Construction Engineering sectors.

No previous recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role focused on winning new business, building relationships and creating commercial opportunities.

You’ll work with businesses across specialist industries, understand their hiring needs, develop new accounts and build long-term client relationships.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for

  • Identifying and targeting potential new clients.
  • Building relationships with businesses across Medical Technology and Construction Engineering.
  • Making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding client requirements and identifying opportunities to provide recruitment solutions.
  • Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients.
  • Arranging meetings and presenting recruitment solutions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and working towards individual and team revenue targets.
