We're looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Tech Recruitment as aspiring Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is required. Our Partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality. Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and competitive. You'll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop into a specialist within the technology market. Why Ex-Athletes? The Role Building relationships with GTM professionals and clients. Sourcing and interviewing candidates. Developing your own network within the technology sector. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Negotiating salaries and offers. Developing new business opportunities. Working towards individual and team targets. Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of the GTM. What We're Looking For A background in competitive sport - professional, semi-professional, university or academy level. Ambition and a strong desire to succeed commercially. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A competitive, resilient and target-driven mindset. A willingness to learn, take coaching and constantly improve. A positive, proactive approach. Recruitment experience is not required. What We Offer £28,000-£30,000 base salary. Uncapped commission.
