We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join an established renewable energy business as it expands into the UK market with its Energy Storage Systems (ESS) offerings. This is a client-facing role combining technical leadership, deployment support, and documentation ownership, working closely with installers, internal teams, and end users.
As Technical Manager, you will act as the technical bridge between clients, installers, and internal product teams. You will support the full deployment lifecycle—from pre-installation guidance through commissioning—while ensuring technical documentation and user-facing materials are accurate, clear, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and external partners
- Work closely with installers and deployment teams to support system installations and commissioning
- Provide technical guidance on:

- Proven experience in a Technical Manager, Technical Lead, or similar role

- Experience working directly with installers and clients

- Familiarity with inverter, battery, or EMS platforms
