Shape the operating model and delivery strategy.
Lead the mobilisation, construction, commissioning and ongoing operation of the network.
Build and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers and strategic partners.
Own operational performance, KPIs, budgets and risk.
Establish the systems, governance and processes needed to scale.
Work closely with senior leadership and international teams to bring proven expertise into the UK.
Help create a culture built around safety, quality, performance and customer experience .
This is a genuinely hands-on leadership role .
You won’t simply set the strategy — you’ll be rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, building the organisation and making things happen.
What You’ll Bring We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator with experience across EV charging, infrastructure, energy or a closely related sector.
You’ll ideally have: 4–8 years’ experience in EV charging, infrastructure delivery or a comparable environment.
A track record of leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
Strong understanding of public EV charging infrastructure.
Experience with utilities, grid connections or electricity distribution.
Experience managing contractors, suppliers and complex stakeholder groups.
Strong commercial and financial awareness.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
The appetite to build something new rather than simply manage what already exists .

Getting sites live.
Mobilising construction and operations across the initial portfolio, supporting the successful commissioning of 180+ ultra-fast charging sites under signed commitments .

Putting in place robust maintenance, reporting and performance frameworks.
Creating momentum.
Building trusted relationships across contractors, suppliers, partners and the wider business.
Why This Role?
