Hours: 35 hours per week
Term time hours: 6.30am - 10am and 2.45pm - 6.15pm
School holiday hours: 7.30am - 3pm

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Site Manager for Crosslee Community Primary School. Crosslee is part of the CLIC Co-operative Trust with 6 other primary schools (all based in Greater Manchester). We are looking for someone who can:
- Work as part of the team and contribute to the achievement of its objectives, supporting the school in ensuring a suitable and safe environment
- Be proactive to identify hazards and complete tasks in line with safe working practices and health and safety regulations
- Manage the premises team to deliver high-quality service by monitoring performance and standards
- Share their expertise and full working knowledge of relevant legislation and health and safety procedures
- Manage, maintain, monitor and evidence safe, effective and efficient operation of all aspects of the site including record keeping and the completion of compliance tasks
