Prime Student Living has managed 30 assets with over 7000 beds in 22 cities and our onsite operational teams are pivotal in providing students with the world class service we are committed to delivering.
We are now looking to recruit a Housekeeper at our site in Cardiff. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week.
PurposeTo form an integral part of the Operations team, providing an outstanding student experience through working with colleagues, delivering high quality housekeeping and customer service provision.
What will your day to day responsibilities include:- Providing a cleaning service ensuring a high level of cleanliness and order is maintained in line with all current regulations throughout the property
- Working as part of a health and safety culture ensuring that Health and Safety policy and fire safety procedures are adhered to at all times
- Cleaning external areas, removal of flyers/posters; conducting termly room cleans; carpet cleaning; freezer defrosting; conducting room inspections; vent cleaning and showerhead cleaning
- Assisting with incident response including power and water outages, fire alarm evacuations and rehousing
- Logging maintenance issues to the Property Manager
- Providing check-in and check-out support
- Supporting with customer sales queries
In return, this role attracts a competitive basic salary of up to £17,374.50 per annum, 25 days holiday, matching 4% pension and life insurance four times salary.
