Overview
Position: Web Development & Design Expert
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $40–$100/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote (Global)
Duration: 1–2 months (with potential extension)
Commitment: Part-time, 15–25 hours/week (flexible, may extend up to 40 hours/week)
Responsibilities
- Design information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Build responsive and accessible web apps/sites using modern stacks (React/Next.js, Vue/Nuxt, SvelteKit).
- Integrate APIs and implement component libraries/design systems.
- Establish consistent visual systems (typography, color, spacing) and document components.
- Conduct usability testing, heuristic reviews, and UX research synthesis.
- Optimize for performance, SEO, analytics, and conversions (A/B testing).
- Review and refine AI-generated UI, copy, and layouts; create prompts/playbooks for complex flows.
Qualifications
- Strong professional experience in web development, product design, or UX/UI.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and component-driven development.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress), analytics, and experimentation.
