Position: Medicine Practitioner

Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: Minimum 10-40 hours/week
Duration: 1-month contract (potential for extension)
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Design and solve advanced medical problems, including diagnostic scenarios and complex clinical case reviews.
- Evaluate AI-generated medical answers for accuracy, depth of reasoning, clarity, and patient-centric communication.
- Identify knowledge gaps, edge cases, and recommend improvements to enhance AI model performance.
- Collaborate with AI researchers and medical experts to refine training methods, evaluation metrics, and benchmarking.
- Provide structured feedback driving next-generation AI development in medicine and science.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed medical school and actively practiced within the last 3+ years.
- Preference for staff physicians, fellows, or senior residents specializing in internal medicine, emergency medicine, or family medicine.
- Relevant professional qualification and license in specialty/subspecialty (e.g., US Board Certification, UK CCT).
- Strong foundation in core medical subjects and ability to clearly explain complex concepts using simple language, visuals, and simulations.
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with medical software (DICOM viewers, simulation software, EHRs) is a plus.
