Position: Finance Business Partner - AI Trainer
Type: Hourly Contract (Remote)
Compensation: $60-$90/hr
Location: Remote
Duration: 10–40 hrs/week, flexible and asynchronous
Requirements:
- BSc in Finance or a related field
- Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis in a business partnering role
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align finance to organizational goals
- Advanced knowledge of budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with AI, data, or technology teams is a strong plus
- Proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools, and data visualization platforms
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment
- (Preferred) CFA, CPA, or similar professional certification
- (Preferred) Experience delivering finance or analytics training in an AI‑driven context
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, validate, and refine financial models and forecasts used for AI training and business decision‑making
- Translate real‑world finance workflows into structured AI training scenarios
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to convert complex financial data into actionable insights for AI systems
- Drive budgeting processes and conduct variance analysis to mirror real enterprise finance use cases
- Design and review AI training modules based on real‑world finance, planning, and forecasting scenarios
- Build reports and dashboards to track financial KPIs and support continuous AI learning
- Communicate complex financial concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Act as a strategic advisor by identifying opportunities where AI‑driven finance solutions improve efficiency and outcomes
