Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Design and implement complex database schema to support advanced AI workflows.
- Build, test, and integrate sophisticated APIs for secure and scalable systems.
- Develop and deploy authentication mechanisms, policy enforcement, and backend framework.
- Populate environments with synthetic data optimized for Reinforcement Learning models.
- Ensure applications are performant, secure, and modular, while adapting to unique RL constraints.
- Work asynchronously and independently with flexible scheduling.
Requirements
- Strong professional software engineering experience at top‑tier startups, quantitative trading firms, hedge funds, or similarly high‑performance environments.
- Proven success in designing and/or leading database schema development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database structuring.
- Expertise in API development (creation, testing, and integration).
- Exceptional problem‑solving ability with close attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
