Position: Member of Technical Staff (Robotics Lab)

Role Responsibilities
- Define and standardize robotics data formats, schemas, and benchmarks to enhance data usability.
- Design innovative data collection methods, including human demonstrations, teleoperation, and sensor integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on model training data requirements.
- Evaluate datasets for diversity, scalability, and impact to improve robot learning outcomes.
- Prototype experiments and tools to facilitate efficient data gathering processes.
- Stay updated on advancements in leading robotics labs and integrate best practices into workflows.
Requirements
- Have 2 of experience in robotics R&D, data engineering, or applied research.
- Possess a strong grasp of robotics data pipelines and multimodal schemas such as RGB-D, IMU, pose, and language.
- Have experience in robot perception, control, or data-driven learning methodologies.
- Have a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience at top robotics or AI companies is a plus, along with familiarity with embodied AI datasets or imitation learning pipelines.
