- Position: STEM PhDs
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Compensation: $55–$90/hour
- Location: Remote
- Duration: 1–2 months minimum (with possible extension)
- Commitment: 10–20 hrs/week (can extend up to 40 hrs/week; flexible, part-time)
Role Responsibilities
- Contribute advanced subject matter expertise to state-of-the-art large language model development for a premier AI lab.
- Create difficult and domain-specific problems designed to evaluate and improve language model reasoning and performance.
- Collaborate directly with prominent AI researchers via private Slack channels and asynchronous workflows.
- Review and refine problem sets, data, and AI-generated outputs for rigor, quality, and scientific accuracy.
- Provide structured, constructive feedback to help AI engineers optimize workflows and problem quality.
- Engage in ongoing, flexible project work, with open applications and the opportunity for extended involvement.
Requirements
- STEM PhD such as Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical), Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
