Position Details
- Position: Producers and Directors
- Type: Hourly Contract
- Compensation: $100–$175/hour
- Location: Remote
- Duration: Approximately 6 weeksCommitment: Part-time, 20+ hours/week, fully remote and asynchronous
Key Responsibilities
- Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world production and direction based on your professional experience
- Create realistic situations involving project development, creative vision execution, budget management, crew coordination, talent direction, and production scheduling
- Develop scenarios for script development, pre-production, on-set decision-making, post-production oversight, managing creative conflicts, stakeholder collaboration, production challenges, and timely project delivery
- Review and evaluate AI responses for accuracy and compliance with production standards
- Provide detailed feedback to improve AI training on production and direction scenarios
Ideal Qualifications
- Strong professional experience as a producer, director, showrunner, or production manager in media or entertainment organizations
- Recognized professional with management responsibilities
- Proficient with computers and relevant software systems
- Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling
- Successful video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz completion
- Preferred average of 14 years of industry experience
