Position: Design Expert (Multidisciplinary)

Compensation: $15 - $40/hour

Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements.
  • Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles.
  • Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Possess a solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
  • Be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
  • Have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to assess and develop branding and visual identity elements.
