Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate, review, and refine design interview content focusing on visual and UX/UI elements.
- Assess AI-generated materials for quality, usability, and adherence to modern design principles.
- Deliver actionable feedback to optimize layouts, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with AI training teams to ensure alignment with evolving industry standards.
- Contribute to the continual improvement of AI tools by applying deep design knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Champion user-centered design thinking and branding consistency across all evaluated materials.
Requirements
- Have a minimum of multidisciplinary design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Possess a solid command of typography, layout, and visual design principles.
- Be proficient in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.).
- Have expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design processes.
