Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Create deliverables related to common workflows and processes within shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Review peer‐developed deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance to real‐world logistics operations.
- Provide insights that enhance AI understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and supply‐chain coordination.
- Contribute expertise to improve the design and reasoning of AI models trained on logistics and inventory systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control (typically 4+ years of professional experience).
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
- Ability to document and evaluate operational workflows effectively.
- Detail‐oriented with a focus on process accuracy and procedural logic.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
