Position: Rubric Academy Fellowship

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Participate in a paid, 3–5 hour instructional fellowship to learn the methodology of “Prompt-Rubric Pairing.”
- Develop skills in writing precise prompts, defining “golden responses,” and designing structured rubrics for AI evaluation.
- Apply your professional expertise to create measurable, high-quality criteria that guide AI learning and performance benchmarking.
- Complete a practical capstone task that translates your domain standards into machine-readable evaluation data.
Requirements
- Strong domain expertise in any professional field (e.g., law, finance, engineering, healthcare, academia, or creative industries).
- Deep knowledge that cannot be easily sourced online; ability to cite verified sources (PDFs, datasets, research papers).
- Strong analytical skills — able to deconstruct complex tasks into measurable criteria.
- Commitment to integrity and original work — no AI assistance in rubric creation.
- Reliable internet access and ability to upload supporting materials.
