Position: Human / Social Science – AI Trainer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 to 40 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training datasets grounded in human and social science perspectives to improve AI outputs.
  • Perform qualitative analysis on AI generated content to assess relevance, sensitivity, and contextual accuracy.

Requirements

  • BSc or BA in Human Sciences, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • Strong qualitative research and analytical reasoning skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with sensitivity to tone, nuance, and conversational flow.
  • High attention to detail and critical thinking capability.
