Position: STEM PhDs β hourly contract β Remote.
Compensation: $55β$90/hour.
Location: Remote.

Role Responsibilities:
- Contribute advanced subject matter expertise to state-of-the-art large language model development for a premier AI lab.
- Create difficult and domain-specific problems designed to evaluate and improve language model reasoning and performance.
- Collaborate directly with prominent AI researchers via private Slack channels and asynchronous workflows.
- Review and refine problem sets, data, and AI-generated outputs for rigor, quality, and scientific accuracy.
- Provide structured, constructive feedback to help AI engineers optimize workflows and problem quality.
- Engage in ongoing, flexible project work, with open applications and the opportunity for extended involvement.
Requirements:
