Position: Investment Banking Modeling Analyst

Role Responsibilities
- Translate complex M&A and investment banking workflows into structured, high-quality deliverables.
- Build, review, and annotate advanced financial models, including LBO, M&A, 3-statement, and valuation models.
- Develop investor-grade materials such as IC memos, CIM sections, and diligence reports.
- Evaluate and enhance AI-generated financial outputs for transactional accuracy and analytical rigor.
- Curate structured datasets to train finance-focused AI systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to reflect authentic deal dynamics in structured outputs.
- Maintain exceptional standards of written and verbal communication across all workstreams.
Requirements
- Strong years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, or related fields.
- Strong live deal experience including execution, diligence, and advanced financial modeling.
- Deep expertise in valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO modeling.
- Proven ability to produce clean, investor-ready financial analyses and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in remote, asynchronous environments.
- Authorized to work in the US, UK, or Canada.
