Role Responsibilities
- Draft and review prompts involving legal reasoning, statutory interpretation, case analysis, and procedural workflows
- Evaluate and revise AI-generated legal responses for accuracy, clarity, and professional alignment
- Create prompt variants based on style, instruction-following, and user personas (e.g., legal professional vs. layperson)
- Identify examples that expose weaknesses in model reasoning or legal content handling
- Collaborate asynchronously with research coordination teams to refine outputs
- Contribute to long-term supervised fine-tuning dataset development initiatives
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree
- Strong experience in legal practice, academia, or research
- Expertise in one or more areas such as constitutional law, contracts, criminal procedure, or administrative law
- Exceptional analytical writing skills and strong understanding of legal argument structure
- Experience in legal education or content development is preferred
