Position: Junior Investment Banker
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $105/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Part‑time, project‑based (10–20 hours/week)
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and market research across AI, technology, and adjacent industries
- Build and maintain financial models to support investment and fundraising decisions
- Draft pitch decks, investor memos, and fundraising materials
- Assist with due diligence for potential investors and strategic partners
- Track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and valuation analyses
- Support senior team members with ad‑hoc analysis and special projects
Requirements
- Background in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress)
- Strong experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with AI or technology sectors is a plus
