Position: Strategic Risk & Analysis (National Security / Defense) – Safety Specialist
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $47–$90/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities:
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated text against defined safety criteria such as bias, misinformation, unsafe reasoning, and disallowed content.
- Apply harm taxonomies and safety guidelines consistently, including in complex or ambiguous scenarios.
- Document analytical reasoning to help refine safety frameworks and evaluation standards.
- Identify strategic, geopolitical, or security-related risks that automated systems may overlook.
- Contribute high-quality human data to support AI safety research, model improvements, and risk audits.
- Collaborate asynchronously with safety and research teams in a structured project environment.
Requirements:
- Professional background in national security, defense, government policy, intelligence, or high-stakes communications.
- Experience with crisis management, strategic risk analysis, policy briefings, or large-scale operational planning.
