Role Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management.
- Conduct health assessments, routine checkāups, and personalized treatment planning.
- Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and longāterm conditions using evidenceābased practices.
- Promote health education, disease prevention, and patientācentered wellness programs.
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical documentation in compliance with applicable healthcare regulations.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Boardācertified or boardāeligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in applicable jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated experience in both preventive and acute care environments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
