Role Responsibilities
- Design institutional-grade financial modeling tasks based on real-world investment banking and private equity scenarios
- Create advanced prompts requiring AI systems to build models from scratch rather than templates
- Develop gold-standard reference models and objective evaluation rubrics
- Build and review complex transaction models including integrated 3-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, M&A, and growth equity frameworks
- Design modeling tasks for specialized deal structures such as recapitalizations, carve-outs, and bespoke transactions
- Conduct and document detailed diligence analyses including unit economics, cohort analysis, and margin drivers
- Collaborate asynchronously with researchers, clearly documenting assumptions, methodologies, and financial logic
Requirements
- Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, hedge funds, venture capital, or corporate development
- Strong experience independently building complex financial models from scratch
- Strong expertise in integrated 3-statement modeling, DCF, WACC, LBO, and deal modeling
- Strong experience performing scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Exceptional attention to detail and institutional-level transaction judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear documentation ability
- Ability to work independently in a high-expectation, remote environment
