Position: Junior Investment Banker

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $105/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part‑time, project‑based (10–20 hours/week)

Role Responsibilities

• Conduct financial and market research across AI, technology, and adjacent industries
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment and fundraising decisions
• Draft pitch decks, investor memos, and fundraising materials
• Assist with due diligence for potential investors and strategic partners
• Track industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and valuation analyses
• Support senior team members with ad‑hoc analysis and special projects

Requirements

• Background in finance, economics, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress)
• Strong experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with AI or technology sectors is a plus
