Compensation: $80–$100 per hour

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):
- Review and audit AI-generated medical outputs across clinical explanations, diagnoses, treatment guidance, research summaries, and patient-facing content
- Evaluate medical content using structured rubrics focused on accuracy, evidence alignment, clarity, and safety
- Verify clinical reasoning and identify logical gaps, unsafe recommendations, or unsupported claims
- Assess adherence to medical guidelines, standards of care, and accepted medical terminology
- Identify errors related to medical facts, pathophysiology, pharmacology, contraindications, and data interpretation
- Provide clear, concise written feedback to support evaluation decisions
- Work independently in an asynchronous AI research environment
Requirements:
- Advanced medical background (MD, DO, RN, PA, NP, clinical researcher, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of clinical reasoning and evidence-based medical practice
- Experience reviewing, writing, or evaluating medical or clinical content
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
