Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$90 per hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week, flexible and asynchronous

Duration: Project-based (3-4 weeks initially, potential extension)

Role Responsibilities:

• Use your professional experience as a Child, Family, and School Social Worker to design questions related to social work practices, case management, and family support.
• Collaborate with AI teams to ensure the questions accurately reflect real-world challenges and best practices in social work.
• Review and assess AI-generated content to ensure it aligns with social work standards and delivers practical insights for professionals.
• Support the AI model in learning about child welfare, family dynamics, crisis intervention, and social services.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong full-time work experience as a Child, Family, and School Social Worker.
• Expertise in child welfare, family services, and school-based social work.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a social work context.
